Best Film of the Year (so far)

If you don't live near a major city with an art house, you may have to wait awhile, but I'd recommend trying to catch up at some point with the acclaimed film Four Months, Three Weeks, Two Days, which depicts two college students and an abortionist in police state Rumania of the 1980s. I'm not able to watch the trailer, old Mac. I did read your piece E&P regarding the Iraqi dead surveys and the right wing's effective attacks.

They are moving beyond creating a seemingly reasonable doubt, like their attacks on the science of Global warming, and toward actively attacking scientists. It's not even killing the messenger. It's killing the truth at all costs.

At any rate, I'm baffled. Why do these men, National Journal, etc.., do this? I'm baffled.
