On his MSNBC show, Carlson seemed to think the Scottish journo who brought down Samantha Power had violated code of ethics in lacking the scruples to make something off the record -- just because someone asked -- like we supposedly do here in the USA. Though, come to think of it, isn't that what Tim Russert testified at the Libby trial?
