Bunning approves a blank check for billions and billions of borrowed money to be poured into the rat hole of two elective wars, and dubious nation building, but decides Congress can't afford to borrow a few more bucks for things people *actually* need.
Bunning will be no relief in the bull pen, he needs to be carted off to the "memory wing" where his mental flatulence won’t be so offensive to his victimized consituency.
