Biden: Chains Are Bound to Come?

You'll be hearing about this for the next or month, so here you go: In a speech today in Danville, Virginia,  Joe "Footenmouth" Biden told the audience that Romney's policies would enable the banking and financial sectors to “put you all back in chains."  You audience, you guessed it, included a lot of African-Americans.  Romney camp, and Ari Fleischer, already attacking, Obama peeps defending as not referring to slavery.  Then to top it off Biden claimed they were in North Carolina.
