Doctor Arrested for Shooting Up Skirt of Woman in NYC Subway

A well-known New York urologist and robotics expert at Mount Sinai has just been arraigned for shooting videos up the skirt of at least one woman at the city's Union Square station on Wednesday.   He was allegedly "holding a newspaper under the woman’s skirt with a pen containing a tiny video camera clipped onto the newspaper." What do you get charged with in these cases?  Unlawful surveillance in the second degree.  Here's his high rating at one patient grading site.  That's his Mount Sinai photo at left.
