As David Nir at Daily Kos in his morning email newsletter asks, to "help himself to a giant stack of yard signs, then pitch them into Narragansett Bay?" One problem: He calls from the campaign office so the number comes up on caller ID. This gives Cicilline office time to set up a hidden camera.
