GOP Lunacy, Weather or Not

NYT notes tonight new projection that IF the hurricane hits Tampa directly the sea surge could very well flood the convention floor.  Part II:  Wouldn't any kind or storm disruption embarrass the party (if they are capable of it) that is totally silent on climate change in its platform?  At least some watchers would make the "awkward juxtaposition."
