Obama to Romney: Gimme Five

The president's campaign chief today says to Mitt, you don't have to give us ten years of returns, like your Dad, five will do:  “If the governor will release five years of returns, I commit in turn that we will not criticize him for not releasing more — neither in ads nor in other public communications or commentary for the rest of the campaign."  Problem with that is:  Romney has already released returns for one year in that period, and partial return for another.  And the remaining three years may not be much different, while those before that very well could be.
