Occupyer Arrested for Holding Signs At Two Banks

Amazing story today on the arrest of an Occupy activist taking part in protest at a bank in Easton, PA.  Dave Gorczynski allegedly held cardboard signs outside a Wells Fargo Branch that read, "You’re being robbed,” while another read, “Give a man a gun, he can rob a bank.  Give a man a bank, and he can rob a country.”

Gorczynski allegedly did the same thing a short time later inside a Bank of America, prompting an employee to activate the panic alarm – reports The Express Times. Police responded and located Gorczynski with the signs in question and arrested him.  "According to the group, Dave faces two felony charges including Attempted Bank Robbery and making terroristic threats and one misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct."

So they are just charging him with nonsense? I can see the disorderly conduct charge, not the other two. Hope he has a good lawyer.
