Paging Judy Miller and Dick Cheney

Call it what you will: irony, inevitability, chickens coming home to roost, or provide your own. But a major NYT report tonight on how our friends in Iraq are helping are foes in Iran to skirt sanctions. This involves the government, banks and the country's leader, says one observer, is "in the middle of it." In other words, we now see Iraq itself as one big possible WMD. Read it and weep.
