Krugman, and Chart, on Who Pays Taxes

We noted right away yesterday the lie that 47% of Americans don't pay taxes. Now here's Paul Krugman with his take plus chart.   As he points out, it's true that some of our poorest don't pay federal income taxes--and some of our elderly.  But chart shows that in the vast middle-aged and middle-class the numbers look like this:
