Krugman: Will Press Turn Against Romney Now?
Paul Krugman in a new blog post notes the "vileness" of Romney in the Libya episode and predicts more voters will move against him. But he makes an interesting point. GOPers claim Bush was this far behind but rallied. Krugman believes that happened partly because the press turned against Gore--they liked Dubya better and so magnified Gore's faults or made shit up ("He invented the internet!"). After Libya mess, that won't happen with Romney, he declares. Could be. But stake in "balance" may override that.
