Obama Gets the 'Bump'

We have monitored expected post-RNC "bounce" for Romney-Ryan for several days now and failed to find much of anything at all.  Gallup's daily tracking, to cite one source, has--quite remarkably--not changed its tally on the race one iota since the RNC ended, with Obama clinging to a one point lead.  Today's poll again finds no difference at all.  But there is one new finding.  A separate Gallup poll, taken the past three days, finds that Obama's approval rating has actually gone UP by 2% (to 47%) since the end of the RNC.  And that was before his wife's performance last night.
