As giant fan of early Velvet Underground (and their Live '69 double-lp is one of greatest albums ever) I've kept an eye on this lawsuit, wherein former members Lou Reed and John Cale are claiming trademark infringement on the famous banana created by Andy Warhol for one of their first albums (but now widely distributed).
