At the Helm Tribute
Tomorrow's NYT review of last night's NJ tribute to the great Levon Helm, also a funder for his barn/studio. Everyone from Jakob Dylan and Joe Walsh (not the congressman) to Roger Waters and Allen Toussaint. Yes, I once made the pilgrimage to Big Pink, still pink, back in the woods. First saw Levon live, Buffalo, 1969. Here's encore for "The Weight."
