The Hillary 'Switcheroo'
Former NYT editor Bill Keller, now a columnist at the paper, just put up a post recalling that he had proposed, early this year, that Obama try to get Biden and Hillary Clinton to switch job. Some laughed, others back but said it would never happen. It didn't. Now Bill is back with an I-told-you-so, noting Obama's drop in female support lately, Hillary's many strengths, and more, such as: "I don’t think Biden on the stump or Biden smirking and guffawing his way through 90 minutes of prime time has done anything to make the promise of four more years exciting to those not already enraptured, or to undermine the Republicans’ plausibility."
