Speaking Broadwelly

UPDATE:  When I was first to post the video below two days ago I confess I had not watched most of it.  Even if I had I would not have caught what Blake Hounshell at Foreign Policy tonight focused on as possibly quite explosive:   That Paula Broadwell in this talk revealed some classified info on the Libya consulate attack (involving U.S. holding two prisoners which kicked off the whole tragedy--allegedly).  "Now, I don't know if a lot of you heard this, but the CIA annex had actually, um, had taken a couple of Libyan militia members prisoner and they think that the attack on the consulate was an effort to try to get these prisoners back. So that's still being vetted." The CIA now denies.  More here.

Earlier: This seems to be the latest video--uploaded just a week ago--of Paula Broadwell, now linked to David Petraeus, speaking at the University of Denver.

Not saying he should have cheated on his wife - but I understand.

Not so fast, Greg. Jennifer Griffin of Fox "news" had reported back on October 26 that allegedly "three Libyan attackers" were being held at the CIA annex (from the first attack) and that it had been hypothesized afterwards that the second (mortar) attack which came four hours later was partly in response to that.

Where Griffin got this information is anyone's guess... But as far as Broadwell spilling "classified" beans in the talk shown in the above video-- I don't think so.

Griffin's reporting can be found here: http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2012/10/26/cia-operators-were-denied-request-for-help-during-benghazi-attack-sources-say/

Who gave this info to Griffin? Maybe Broadwell and Griffin are pals? It's Fox, so of course questions must be asked.
