Yes, 'Zero Dark Thirty" Shows Torture Helping to Get Osama

Scott Shane at NYT tonight with belated, and very weak, piece on concerns about depicton of usefulness of torture in "Zero Dark Thirty."   Screenwriter Mark Boal again gets to claim that it's not a doc and he had to telescope.  Badly?  For a corrective:  My new piece at The Nation.  But as Shane notes, official report on Bush era torture coming from the Senate in a few days--but likely will be classified.
