Barney No Dinosaur, Seeks Senate Seat

Former (as of one day ago) Rep. Barney Frank said on Morning Joe today that now he would like to return to the Hill--this time as a U.S. Senator to fill seat of John Kerry until a special election later this year.  Frank claimed that the recent fiscal cliff fracas made him realize that perhaps he should still serve a role up there.  He said he had passed this along to Gov. Patrick, who would make the pick.  Would Barney then run in that election against Rep. Ed Markey?  He says no, but of course could change his mind.
