Fun With Guns

A teen in Arizona accidentally shot and killed her older brother (age 22) while they were posing with a loaded gun--for Facebook photos--on New Year's Eve.  Phoenix Police Sgt. Steve Martos said that Ramirez had been playing and posing for photos with the weapon when it discharged, killing Ortiz. Police said the pair had been drinking all night. Three other people in the apartment witnessed the horrific accident.

'Sgt. Martos said Ramirez would likely be charged with manslaughter if a blood test determines she was intoxicated at the time of the shooting."
