Well, I thought the homeless surfer dude who saved the day with his hatchet the other day might never be heard from again, but no, he has re-surfaced with an interview by the same guy who caught him for that viral video. He says his real name is Caleb, was born in Canada not West Virginia, and had a tough childhood. Moe:

Kai sounds like a young man who has his head and heart together. I wish him luck in his voyages through life. I don't believe all this publicity will go to his head - hope he continues on his path of being the 'father' of his inner child. I have a lot of admiration for him and his spirit.
