Sorry of day, out of Great Falls, Montana, this afternoon (spotted by Romenesko), via KRTV site: "Someone apparently hacked into the Emergency Alert System and
announced on KRTV and the CW that 'dead bodies are rising from their
graves' in several Montana counties. This message did not originate from KRTV, and there is no emergency. Our engineers are investigating to determine what happened and if it affected other media outlets."
Romenesko: "My tipster
reports: 'The original clarification said the message also said people
wouldn’t be harmed if they touched the bodies.'”
From the comments section: "It went on to say, 'This station will now cease transmission, please use you're battery powered radio for further updates.'" And: "It said this was happening in Lewis and Clark county but I think zombies know there are no brains in Helena during legislature!"
