Beethoven, Who's Your Dada?

Alex Ross of The New Yorker, and author of The Rest Is Noise, writes about a little video he created, attempting to duplicate a famous Dada movement experiment:  Having eight old victrolas play Beethoven's Fifth at the same time, at different speeds.  Here's the vid:
