Mr. Bob and Mr. Frank

 Lot of Sinatra in the air this month, what with tribute concert and TV things.  Makes me recall a favorite TV moment, when Bob Dylan joined tribute to Frank near his death.  Did a truly touching "Restless Farewell" (one of his most underrated early songs) as Sinatra looked on, maybe a bit confused, and then Bob thanked "Mr. Frank."  Long  before Bob did his Sinatra covers.
