Bill Kristol surprisingly turned up back on "A Daily Show" just weeks after a pummeling he took there. Jon Stewart seemed to want to go easy this time, maybe talk about the campaign, but Kristol started hailing the Bush presidency and its fine legacy of success in Iraq and Jon snapped again. The two had a spirited battle over Iraq, and then Stewart closed by asking if he was a "torture guy." Kristol did not disappoint, saying that he is "ambivalent on torture." He respects the views of those, like McCain, who say it does no good -- but "on the other hand...." You can guess the rest.
