A new tape of Nick Drake songs, which he recorded informally in 1968 before working on his debut album, has surfaced and will be auctioned. It comes via the widow of fellow famed British writer/guitarist John Martyn. Quality to be determined. Not long ago recordings by his mum surfaced, revealing his debt to her, three of her tunes:
