Great to see new flick Pirate Radio resurrects Leonard Cohen's "So Long, Marianne," an ode to his perhaps most-loved girlfriend (of so many, including Rebecca DeMornay), here w/ backup singers Jennifer Warnes and Sharon Robinson.
Maybe great for you to see, but I would much rather hear someone else sing it. I think Cohen has a lousy voice. He's out of tune half the time and always sounded like he was trying to imitate Dylan. No thanks.
