And it covers the day I helped discover Bruce Springsteen--at Sing Sing Prison in 1972. Or as Merle Haggard might say, "Sing Sing me back home/With a song I sued to hear."
Find the fact that he managed to go chameleon with Clarence to get the audience on his side pretty darned prophetic.
Took my own kids to see him put on his old, but still good, skin recently....Was still a pretty darned good show...could have used a little more shape-shifting though...Interesting how he now keeps all his different personas/acts/approaches/line-ups in separate boxes for separate tours.
