Aurora Shooting: No Laughing Matter?

Comedy Central cuts Jeffrey Ross's jokes about the "Dark Knight" massacre out of its roast of Rosanne Barr, soon to air.  Jeffrey Ross had said Seth Green looked like killer James Holmes, adding that Seth never has accomplished so much in a movie theater.   He also dressed as Joe Paterno.  Debate begins.
