Eastwood Makes Romney's Day
For all those who have thought, in recent years, that Clint Eastwood, a lifetime Republican (and even a former GOP mayor) might be turning left--based on some very humanistic movies and even that Super Bowl ad this year--you will have to think again: He has just come out for Romney, making a sales pitch to a group of other supporters/funders. And with all of the lame lines about making his day, guy is too handsome to be governor but not president, plus endorsement of cutting his taxes (for a few dollars more), need to give USA "a boost." Clint, who had hailed saving the auto industry, backs guy who opposed bailout. A real saga of the good, the bad and the ugly. Romney: dirty, hairy? And so on.
