ACLU will appeal but final panel is evenly split between GOPers and Dems so you know what that means (it will stay in place). "The decision by Robert Simpson, a commonwealth court judge, clears the way for Pennsylvania to require voters in the Nov. 6 general election to produce photo identification before they are allowed to cast ballots." It's possible Obama will have enough of a bulge to survive.
UPDATE NYT quickly out with editorial slamming ruling--"a clear and disturbing illustration of the way Republicans have manipulated legislation for their own ends, placing a veneer of civic responsibility on a low-minded and sleazy political ploy."
