Last week, Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. announced that a three-year criminal investigation of the CIA interrogation program was concluding without any charges being filed. The only remaining inquiry into the program, by the Senate Intelligence Committee, is nearing completion, but its report is classified and it is unclear how much will become public.

New Report of CIA Waterboarding
Big breaking story tonight on new Human Rights Watch report which includes evidence of a previously unknown case of alleged waterboarding (under Bush) in Iraq. The evidence came out of Libya, where many Iraq detainees eventually ended up. Comes two days after announcement of now charges for anyone involved in other waterboarding cases.
