A Romney-Biden Administration?

With all the wild scenarios going around now, as they always do when an election gets close, here's one of the wildest, though not impossible:  Romney in the White House with Joe Biden as his veep.  Reuters spins it out here.  It involves a tie in the Electoral College, broken by House Repubs for Romney.  But the Senate, still Dem, picks Biden for Veep.  In fact, if it was a tie in the Senate, Biden as sitting veep could guarantee that he remains in office.  Boy, those Mitt/Joe pow-wows for four years would be fun.
