Darwin Fans Go Ape Over Write-In Campaign

Some time back, we covered plans to mount a write-in campaign in Georgia for the father of evolution, Mr. Charles Darwin, in the Georgia district of noted creationist Rep. Paul Broun--you know, the guy who drew wite attention when a video emerged of him calling evolution and the big bang theory "lies from the pit of hell."  Well, the returns are (partly) in and it seems Darwin got over 4000 votes in just one part of the district, with votes from 24 other counties to be certified next week.
