It's a Bitch, Girls

Last night we brought you Craig Silverman's annual picks for newspaper errors/corrections of the year.  Now we have, via Romenesko,  a likely choice for headline of the year.   And really, it might be no contest.  A drunken man in Erie County, Ohio, named Oates bit off the eyebrow of a neighbor named....Hall.  Presto:  "Maneater: Hall Bitten By Oates."   That's Oates at left, obviously, with no 'stache but bloody lips.  Jeez.

Yes, if you don't know, that's the title of one of the duo's hits from days of olde.  Unlike some of their songs, it does not bite.
