Just watch. A couple driving up road, perhaps to see friend in apartment house, spot the explosion and fire up ahead, get closer, then see apartment house blown apart. People in street with injured. Then guy goes for closer look of destruction. Then driving amid raging fires. Several minutes of slowly-emerging hell, very human scale. What led to it here, as they drove under the heavy smoke before arriving at this scene.
