Mad Men certainly has had its up and down this (short) season but this week's episode--with much of its focus on Peggy and Joan--was surely the best. Tip: the next episode if title "Waterloo"--and it's far too early in the chronology for it to be a reference to Abba. Maybe Lou simply eats a Napoleon at a key point in the episode but I doubt it. My prediction: Peggy goes with Don's idea for the Burger Chef ad, shocks Lou, they blow the presentation and now both Peggy and Don get forced out of the firm. They start new firm with fellow "family" member Pete, and Roger joins up also. Meanwhile, Bob gets busted (for first time, by accident) in the Stonewall riots. Lou's cardigan catches on fire at a National Review backyard barbeque. Ginsberg goes to work for Crawdaddy after I hire Stan as art director....
