Murder in Chicago

Police release the video of last year's execution--just after cop was finally indicted for murder.  Here's first 12 seconds, cut off to spare viewers.  But shot multiple times.  The full six-minute dash cam video then follows. He was carrying small knife.  Authorities had said they fear video will spark riots or at least major protests.
