Everybody Must Get Stoned?

Comedian and HBO host Bill Maher, a longtime legalize-pot activist--a joker AND a toker-- reviews a book on the subject, set naturally in Northern California, in this Sunday's NYT.   Good title: "Too High to Fail."  Got a kick out of Bill referring to the book being "loaded"--with facts.  Author of book even got taken into custody in Mendocino.  The 'war on drugs' is America’s longest war. It has cost taxpayers $1 trillion in the last 40 years, Fine notes, and it has turned our nation into 'the most highly incarcerated society in history.'”
