Romney: What a Kroc!

Usually when boys rummage through a drawer in their dad's dresser they may find something...truly embarrassing.  But young Mitt Romney, he revealed today at a funder, found something else: a laminated eat-at-McDonald's-free card signed by the chain's founder Ray Kroc in return for George Romney's early support for the business.  Now,  George hardly needed such a gift, being a rich man by this point, but he nevertheless used the card--almost daily--to eat at local McD's.  Oddly, his boy now proudly seems to stand for the principle of no-free-lunch.
