I could do this every day but sometimes it's just too redundant. But today we have the story of an Ohio boy
shooting his brother, age 8, in the chest and killing after mistaking a handgun in the house for a BB gun.
One of the brothers "kept telling the story of how it happened, over and over again," Luck said. "It's so sad."
Luck said that no charges are expected against the children. He said
it was too early to tell whether charges will be filed against any
adults. An unidentified adult was in the house at the time, but wasn't
in the room when the boy was shot, police said.
And in Georgia,
a handgun slips off the lap of a man in a car and pops his cousin sitting next to him, killing him. Survivor charged with manslaughter.
