My topical song pick of the day: I see that Wilco played their version of Woody Guthrie's "Jesus Christ for President" at Newport last weekend, and here's a fun video. Yeah, "vote the carpenter in," he would surely take care of the "moneychangers." Also: helping the poor. And now, I'm off to NYC for another great populist: Mr. L.V.
